Premier Mobile Lab & Courier Services – Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment with Premier Mobile Lab & Courier Services, you agree to the following terms: Standard Cancellations & Rescheduling: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule with no penalty. Late Cancellations: Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 Late Fee or forfeiture of your booking deposit. No-Show Policy: If our technician arrives and you are unavailable or unresponsive within a 15-minute grace period, it will be treated as a No-Show. You will be charged the full Dispatch Fee plus 50% of the service cost to cover travel, fuel, and labor. Incomplete Testing: If a drug screen, paternity test, or notary service cannot be completed due to a lack of valid ID or client non-compliance, No-Show fees apply.
